Recensioni: Dopo averne sentito parlare come il ristorante di pesce di riferimento a Lucca sono stata a visitare e a mangiare all?Olivo, tra laltro accompagnata da uno chef stellato. Eravamo INDIGNATI, per il cibo che ci hanno portato: senza sapore senza struttura, senza presentazione e pessime materie prime. Veramente inconcepibile che un ristorante che avrebbe tutte le carte in regola, ho sbirciato anche la cucina bella pulita e molto attrezzata, presenti dei piatti da mensa aziendale.
