È stato un piacere soggiornare a B.E.A Maison. La casa è bella, ben tenuta e molto ben attrezzata. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e bella. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Si può cucinare nella cucina completamente attrezzata. Ci sono molte opzioni per la colazione. Alessandra, la padrona di casa era calda, amichevole e dolce. Ha dato ottimi consigli su come raggiungere le Cinque Terre. Se avete intenzione di soggiornare nelle Cinque Terre, assicuratevi di avere una macchina. È a soli 10 minuti di macchina dal parcheggio gratuito della stazione ferroviaria di La Spezias.

Abbiamo provato a chiamare diverse volte perché non potevamo accedere a B.E.A. Maison sul nostro gps. La persona con cui siamo stati collegati non parlava inglese e non era in grado di aiutarci a trovare un indirizzo che il nostro gps avrebbe riconosciuto. Bisogna chiamare ad una certa ora. Abbiamo dovuto trovare altri alloggi. La maggior parte del giorno non c'è ricezione. Abbiamo incontrato solo una persona che non parlava inglese.

Aria condizionata e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Ci sono strutture moderne e nuove per una colazione varia. A 10 minuti dal centro di La Spezia è una tranquilla zona residenziale con una casa di famiglia sulle alture.

La vista dalla mia camera era incredibile e abbiamo fatto una meravigliosa colazione sul balcone.

A car is needed and there is a steep walk to the property from the road. Parking is available on the road and also at the property gate but is the path to the property is on a steep incline and a sedan or estate car will be hard to turn for exit.Also there are steps through the property grounds and a very narrow and somehow abrupt staircase to access the rooms thus most likely challenging for elderly people or people with minor or moderate disabilities.The room was clean but the bathroom had a moderate to strong sewer smell, most likely from the shower drain.There are only 3 rooms that share a kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, pots, plates, glasses... etc.The breakfast was ok, eggs available for omelette or boil, few pastries and limites cheese and cold cuts, gem, butter and few other basic items for an “ok-ish” first meal.Very quiet at night, good beds and nice furniture.During our 4 nights stay, there was only one incident when the property owners’ two dogs (large size) were left unattended and they came barking loudly and angry towards us. They didnt harm us but this was not a pleasant experience.Lastly, when we took the keys, were also told that we will need to pay $15 euro city tax, however at checkout we were told $20 euro, didnt bother to ask why..
